Bangla Sangeet Purashkar show cases the huge talent that Bangla Music Industry boasts of. This is the 2nd year of Bangla Sangeet Purashkar. The first year (2011), was a huge success, and this year promises to be bigger and better. There are 3 major award categories recognizing musical excellence - Rabindrasangeet, Bangla Adunik, Bangla Film. These awards not only felicitate the outstanding work in Bangla Music, but sets out to own the entire Bengali musical mind space. The Awards being given ratify 91.9 Friends FM’s position of being music experts and consolidates ABP’s position in the Bengali Mind Space.
